New Life Church is an Apostolic church. As such, we endeavor to “continue steadfastly in the Apostles’ Doctrine” (Acts 2:42) and to “contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints” (Jude 1:3). We believe that the Bible contains everything we need to believe and live by regarding the eternal salvation of mankind.

The Bible is the inspired Word of God. It gives us a true history of the creation of heaven, earth, and of mankind. It tells us, correctly, of things to come regarding heaven, earth, and the destiny of mankind. There is no salvation in anything written outside of its pages.
2 Timothy 3:16
We believe in one God who is the creator and sustainer of all things. He has revealed Himself to mankind as the Father in creation, the Son in redemption, and as the Holy Ghost (indwelling Spirit) in the New Testament Church.
Deuteronomy 6:4; 1 Timothy 3:16
We believe that because of the original sin of Adam and Eve, all of humanity is in a fallen state and in need of salvation as set forth in the Word of God.
Romans 3:23; Romans 6:23
The plan of salvation is most concisely recorded in Acts 2, verses 38-39 and can be found woven and confirmed throughout the Bible. Salvation consists of deliverance from all sin through the blood of Jesus Christ. This is accomplished through repentance from sin, baptism (by immersion) in the name of Jesus Christ, and receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.

John 3:5; Acts 2:38; Acts 2:4
We learn from scripture that God has always required a people who have been set-apart for Himself. Leviticus 19:2 states, “You must be holy because I, the Lord your God, am holy”.

Titus 2:12
We believe the Church is the living, spiritual body of believers of which the Lord Jesus Christ is the Head. The church functions as Christ would function in the earth, seeking to find lost souls for the purpose of bringing them to salvation. Signs and wonders, including divine healing, are part of the Church’s ministry, as they were part of the ministry of Jesus on earth.

The scriptures teach us the importance of all believers attaching themselves to a church that teaches Biblical truth where they can grow in their faith, have fellowship with other believers and be equipped to serve.
